about the owner
Hey, I’m Casey Sturgill—coach (CFL2 Certified), business guy, and lifelong believer in the power of community and movement. I’ve been lucky to spend the last several years doing what I love: helping people get stronger, feel better, and build connections through fitness.
I’ve got a background in Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Alabama, but what really drives me is seeing people push past their limits and surprise themselves.
Before coaching full-time, I worked in leadership roles at places like ALDI in Alabama and Pals Brewing Company in Nebraska. I learned a ton about running successful teams and creating positive environments. Now I use those same skills to help our gym members thrive.
At the end of the day, fitness isn’t just about weights or counting reps—it’s about showing up, doing the work, and having people around you who care. That’s what we’re building here, and I’m glad you’re checking us out.
